FAQ
How long does a session usually take?
A typical day shoot will last all day. I will arrive early to the property and get sunrise shots of exterior and interior shots of rooms with east-facing windows.
As the day progresses, I will focus on interior imaging using natural light to capture all establishing shots and details of critical elements of the property.
Toward sunset, I will move back outside and capture a sunset shots, then back inside to capture rooms with west-facing windows.
When / How will I receive my photos?
Typical turnaround time is 48 hours for fully edited images. If your package includes video, please allow another 24 hours.
On the day of final editing, I will had off a USB Flash Drive to the client, in which payment is due. The USB Flash Drive will have a folder with all fully edited JPEGs ready for web.

How far do you travel?

How do I schedule a shoot?
I always like to sit down with the realtor before the actual day of the shoot and communicate my workflow and expectations.

Are you FAA Part 107 licensed?
All Drone work is FREE.
I am currently studying for the FAA Part 107 exam and will have my license within a month.
Because I am not yet licensed, all Drone work will be FREE of charge. I cannot charge for Drone use yet.
